Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aurame's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Aurame provides a digital business card platform that enables users to create, customize, and share professional profiles via NFC technology and web links. Our services include profile hosting, NFC card activation, analytics, and premium features.

• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

You retain ownership of content you create on Aurame. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your profile as part of our services.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on third-party intellectual property
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Containing malware or malicious code

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard

You may not use Aurame to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Scrape, mine, or collect data without permission

The Aurame name, logo, software, and design are owned by Aurame and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Aurame is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt.
